WVI Start-Up visits include a complementary Static Pressure Test to ensure there are no leaks on the irrigation main line at time of testing.

Additional repairs at Start-Up to a maximum of $150 may be performed as needed.  Client may opt out of pre-approved repair budget on Service Plan signature page.  Should the Client opt out of the repair budget option and the Client not be immediately reachable on-site or by telephone during the Start-Up visit, repairs will not be made by WVI Technician.  The Client will be notified in writing of required repairs and be offered a return visit appointment. Follow-up visits have a $84.50 + GST flat rate before repairs.  To minimize need for Follow-Up visit flat rate, we recommend Clients do not opt out of the approved repair budget option.

Overdue and Delinquent accounts will preclude such Clients from receiving any services from West Van Irrigation Ltd., under any Service Plan or otherwise until outstanding debt has been paid in full.  West Van Irrigation Ltd. applies interest to overdue accounts in the amount of 35% per annum.  Accrued interest is applied to all outstanding amounts after a period of thirty (30) days from the original Invoice Date.
